Pathways to Transform School Leadership

RLC in partnership with MGM Education Unlimited presents to you an exciting 5 day leadership program.
Our program is designed to empower school leaders, coordinators and aspiring school champions with the essential tools and insights needed to navigate the complexities of leadership in today’s fast-paced and everevolving landscape. The Program focuses on strategic vision setting, school culture and school systems design – enabling leaders to create 21st century schools. The program equips leaders with practical toolkits and frameworks like the design-thinking framework that enable them to effectively lead their institutions and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Through a combination of experiential learning, interactive workshops, and thought- provoking discussions, participants learn key leadership principles – deepening their abilities to inspire, communicate, and drive positive change in their schools. Our facilitators bring a wealth of real-world leadership experience to the table
with the goal of INSPIRING, ENABLING and EMPOWERING school leaders through our leadership program.

42nd Foundation Day – Mahatama Gandhi Mission
On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Mission’s 42nd
Foundation Day, renowned educationist and environmentalist Mr. Sonam Wangchuk delivered a lecture on “The Power of Ideas” at the Rukmini Auditorium on Friday,
During the lecture he also had a candid conversation with students and answered their questions.
In his address, Mr. Wangchuk emphasized the need to extend education beyond the classroom and impart real-life skills to students. He highlighted the importance of integrating the
“Three Hs”-Head, Hands, and Heart—into education. He stressed that education must cultivate skilled hands, thoughtful minds, and compassionate hearts to enable students to contribute to global welfare and lead successful lives.
Mr. Wangchuk pointed out that India’s educational tradition has always been rooted in the “Three Hs” rather than the western “Three Rs” (Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic). He advocated for redefining education in alignment with Indian traditions and expressed confidence that such an approach would re-establish India as a global leader in education and innovation.

What an amazing day we had at Parents of the Park, an initiative by aProCh! The event on December 1, 2024 was filled with laughter, creativity, and a shared commitment to a greener planet. Families came together to celebrate the joy of childhood while engaging in meaningful activities.
🌟 Highlights of the day included:
Eco-Friendly Workshop on Composting: Thanks to Amhi Paryawaran Premi Manch, families learned how to turn waste into compost, making a positive impact on the environment.
Photography Workshop: Kids explored their creativity through a fun photography session with the School of Photography, MGM University.
Storytelling Session by RJ Preshit: The children were enchanted by captivating stories that transported them to worlds of imagination and adventure.
Creative Games & Activities: From engaging games to exciting crafts, kids experienced the true joys of childhood, fostering creativity, curiosity, and togetherness.
